1.Compare and contrast the Loving Kindness exercise and the Subtle mind exercise. Explain your experience including the benefits, frustrations etc. They both was somewhat similiar but you can't have one without the other which is a subtle mind first before acquiring the loving kindness. I have a busy mind and it's hard to stay focus, it takes a lot of practice to get that good attention span that I need. But on the other hand the cd and both exercise can be relaxing and very enjoyable if I can just stay focus and acquire that calmness and stillness.
2. Discuss the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness. Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life. I still have a lot of work to do on myself to be where I want to be mentally and physically in mind and body before I can feel that spiritually. I need more mental and physical workout in order to improved my spiritual workout.

Mental Workout
1. Describe your experience. (Did you find it beneficial? Difficult?) Why or Why not? Would you recommend this to others? Why or Why not? I found the cd to be very beneficial that takes a lot of practice to just sit in stillness and relax and respond. My mind went elsewhere on things that's going on in the family such as we had death in the family about a week ago that was on my mind. This going take a lot of practice and getting used to doing each day. Although I wasn't focus I will continued on with this journey to improved my health, happiness, and wholeness.
2. What is the concept of Mental Workout? What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a Mental Work Out? How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health? Human flourishing requires a plan of intensity effort and practice so we can be on a path to great health, happiness, and wholeness and in doing that we must continued to pray, meditate, yoga, tai chi and so on daily because once we stop practicing we will lose focus and balance.
